Method quality
Our Quality Control department has a laboratory equipped to carry out the most rigorous tests. All our parts systematically undergo meticulous and thorough inspection.
Calibration tests by unit control or sampling are done using a number of electronic, mechanical and hydraulic machines with loads between 0 and 196,200 Newtons.
Surface texture and shapes can also be checked.
Criteria set by you
At your request, we can carry out production in accordance with Product Quality Assurance Procedures. This way you do not need to worry about checking the goods supplied. All checks are made by us, in accordance with criteria provided by you.
Optimised production monitoring
Production is managed using an ERP programme. Production itself is monitored by scanning barcodes, a system that enables total traceability, from the use of raw materials right up to dispatch.
A materials certificate and control report can be sent together with dispatches upon request.

Ressorts Renson’s quality standards are certified by the ISO 9001 label.
